Organum - Bath mixed voice choir
Organum is a choir of around fifty people which was established in 1996 by local organist, Colin Hunt. It performs up to three programmes a year and contributes to a number of local charities and church development schemes through its concerts.

Our friendly, mixed-voice choir is directed by the young and talented conductor, Francis Faux and we welcome new members of all ages in all parts. There are no formal auditions, all that is required is a passion for choral music. Rehearsals are held in St John's Church Hall, Bath on Tuesdays at 7.30pm.

Organum's annual Advent concert will be the first one, since the choir was founded, to be sung entirely by candlelight.
There will be a wide variety of atmospheric choral music on show combined with readings and poems, both secular and sacred, chosen especially for the occasion.

This will be a fundraising event in aid of the Karen Hilltribes Trust which aims to improve health and education in Thailand. For more details, visittheir website here.
